A scrubber system is a device that removes gases and particulates from industrial exhaust streams to control air pollution.

We manufacture Scrubber System in different metals like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel of various grades Duplex, and Super Duplex. We manufactures following types of Scrubbers

1. Wet scrubbers: Use a scrubbing liquid to remove pollutants from a gas stream. The dirty exhaust stream is introduced into the scrubber vessel and interacts with the liquid, which can cause the contamination to dissolve into the liquid or capture the solids. The type of scrubbing liquid used depends on the contaminants being treated.

2. Venturi Scrubbers: use a combination of shear and impaction forces to break water into a fine cloud of small droplets at high density. This increases the likelihood of collisions between condensed VOCs and particulate matter in an exhaust gas stream, resulting in absorption of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)

3. Packed bed scrubbers: Also called packed tower scrubbers, these scrubbers remove particulate matter and gaseous pollutants by feeding a contaminated gas stream into a tower that contains a bed of special packing material. Nozzles spray scrubbing liquid on top of the packing material, and the liquid works its way down the tower as the gas passes up through the packing material. The particulate and gas molecules come in contact with the film of scrubbing liquid on the packing, and the contaminated liquid drains down through the packing material
